Damn. I was really surprised by this� Was a guy on DC that told me to download his bands stuff and tell him what I thought about it. I liked it and so I got the demo to review.
Some really heavy stuff going on here. Mostly heavy slow parts, but also occasional fast parts. Don�t really know what to compare it to. It�s metallic hardcore, it�s death metal, it�s I don�t know what� And no bands that you may come to think of for this type of music fits in - Cult of Luna, Nine, Insula� No, doesn�t work! But I also got pretty scared about two minutes in to the third song. Could just as well be collected from any Linkin Park song. Stop with the fuckin� nu-metal crap!
Otherwise, it�s executed quite well, although with a lousy sound quality. Heavy guitars and very good vocals. Drumming may not be the best, but definitely not bad. Have no idea what the lyrics are about. The song titles aren�t very clear, doesn�t tell me their agenda.
I think this band has got a future for themselves. Wouldn�t surprise me if they released a record after their next demo, �cause they need some fine-tuning. But one more demo and I think they�ll have it! Definitely. Best song on this demo is by far the first one.
