At first I was very sceptic about this demo. But when I listen to it now, in a way better mood than when I first tried to review it, I�m really enjoying it. It�s ultra-heavy with a metallic guitar and bass sound, and the powerful drumming pushes the music forward into a really energetic state. Though mostly mid paced, as I mentioned earlier, it has its moments of grinding. The vocals are some form of semi-growled, harsh screaming, in the �typical� Brazilian crust vein.
They mix in hardcore, crust, grindcore and metal to create this brutal demo called Aprisionado. And a band that often comes to mind is Agathocles, though way heavier. The outro track is bloody annoying, but other than that this is a pretty cool. It starts off like brutal crust and ends in a frantic grinding. I see a bright future ahead for Spit Blood.
