TCME always presents interesting and great gored grind, but this is by far the most interesting and 'out there' they've done. You get served four tunes here, each with extremely well written lyrics, and each concerning one of your possible manners of death - Natural, accidental, homicide and suicide. The artwork and graphics are simply amazing, everything looks great. It fits the obscure and highly thought-through theme of the record perfectly.
The members of The County Medical Examiners all claim to be just that, licensed Dr's and medical examiners. Though many doubt it I don't see why not, why wouldn't practicing medical examiners grind? But another thing they also claim is to have written these songs by the help of the dead. By dripping blood from carcasses onto a sheet of paper they determined note choice, order and rhythm. Now this is where I start to doubt. But with doubt set aside this is a great piece. You get really gory grind, gurgled vox and wicked lyrics. This for the satisfaction of fans of General Surgery, Ghoul, Exhumed etc. Definitely a killer!

Tracklist:
1. An abrupt adagio for accidental death
2. A nocuous naenia for natural death
3. A sullen scherzo for suicidal death
