Things Fall Apart - S/T MCD
Genre: Hardcore
Origin: USA Released: 2005 Website: Things Fall Apart Label: Crustacean Records Uploaded: 19.07.05 This is definitely hard to judge, as I'm not even sure what it is - Some melodic, but still not too melodic, hardcore? I have no idea. But I do know this is not something I'd buy if I saw it in a record stand. It's just not for me. But if you like this type of music (which I'm not sure what it is), I think this is fairly high quality. Damn, these are some screechy guitars... Just too much guitars for my taste. You know what. I have to admit myself beaten. I have no idea what to say. It's not good, but it doesn't really suck either. I suppose I can stand listening to it, but I'd rather not. Every now and then I get the feeling they're trying on some Tragedy like stuff, but just failing terribly at it. Anyway, as I said it's a lot about the guitars. Semi-rough vocals, a tad annoying to be honest... Ahh, fuck it! I have nothing good to say about this. Even the artwork sucks! I tried to give it a fair review, but I can't. I just don't like this. Tracklist: 1. Shed 2. Poisonwood bible 3. Bound by myth 4. Maquiladoras 5. Inertia 6. Where were you when... 7. Searching |
